Founded on one frustration: information asymmetry

In 2012, our founder watched a family overpay for a flat in Bopal because no one had told them about a pending litigation on the title. That transaction never should have closed the way it did — and it's the reason Meridian Estates exists.

We built a consultancy where every listing is verified before it's shown, every buyer gets a named relationship manager, and every fee is disclosed upfront. Fourteen years later, that's still the whole model.
